Paper-Less Releases Version 5.4.12 of its Manufacturing Execution System

More updates to user interface that reduces confusion and streamlines functionality and many bug fixes to better ensure that functionality.

Paper-Less is pleased to release version 5.4.12 of its Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software. In this upgrade, we’ve focused on several fixes and improvements to the product.  Some of these changes include:

  • Improvements to the User Logins page. Changes help make management of employees easier through a more intuitive interface. It also reduces number of clicks needed.

Paper-Less Shop Floor user management

  • Added a sync status column to the SQL Provider. The status monitors the progress of updating databases.

Paper-Less MES database sync to ERP

  • Streamlined the interface for adding or editing Dashboard components. We also removed the need to use shift and click to select desired work centers. The screen more easily shows previously selected work centers.
  • Fixed a number of bugs in the system. These bugs include a 404 error from occurring when move labels were created without first selecting a template, improperly displayed “I” indirect work status indicators and many more.

These are just a few of the updates and bug fixes that have been made to the Paper-Less MES. More information is available on these and the other areas where we’ve focused on improving the system’s operation and performance for our customers.
